1. Where are you based and how far can you travel?

We are based in Mumbai. We can travel anywhere across the globe to capture memories that you can treasure for a lifetime.

2. How can we book you?

Click book your story or the button on the top right of this page, give us few details of your event and we can move ahead from there. You can block your dates as soon as 6 -12 months from your wedding. You can also get in touch with us at hello@thephotolab.co.in

3. What are your deliverables?

PHOTOS
Candid / Contemporary photographs of the ceremony. We intend to capture the true emotions and treasured moments of the Bride & Groom and their immediate family during the whole ceremony. We deliver around 250-500 edited images per day.
One 12x12 inches, 50 pages custom designed Photo book which will include 150 images.

FILMS
A 3-5 mins cinematic trailer.
A complete highlight film of 20 - 30 mins. (Separate sangeet performances if any)

4. How much do you charge and what are the payment terms?

For us each and every wedding is unique and the cost of your wedding photography and films depends entirely on the scope of work. Customised packages are available on request, for which we need to know more about your story, your vision for your wedding & the list, flow and guest size of the wedding celebrations.
We take 50% of the complete payment before the wedding. The remaining amount is due one week after the shoot.

5. What are the delivery timelines?

PHOTOS
Complete set of images will be delivered within 45-60 days from the last day of the shoot.

FILMS
Wedding films take between 90-120 days from the date of shoot. The time in between is spent in carefully handcrafting (curating, processing, editing) the output and putting it together to tell your story in the best way possible.
At the end you will get a pen-drive delivered at your doorstep containing all the HD images and videos.
